About
Trish Rosman, known around here as The Petite Gourmande, is a Spanish import brought to the United States when she was still hanging out in her mother’s womb. Trish’s specialty is cheesecake and legend has it that this came to be because her mother ate lots of it when she was pregnant with her. Because she spent 6 months in the womb in Spain, this may also be the reason why Trish loves Spanish food. However, her favorite food is nachos. Trish has no idea why the undignified dish of tortilla chips and melted cheese captured her heart and tastebuds, but she’s not going to fight it.
Although cheesecake is her specialty, Trish does not like to stick to one thing. She enjoys trying new cooking techniques, flavors, and traditions to develop her skills as an at home cook and baker. She also enjoys trying out restaurants and meeting the entrepreneurs and chefs behind them. Every once in a while, she also enjoys communicating in the third person. But only ironically, of course.
